Stress Relief Blend

Use in a diffuser; or Apply topically on pulse points after diluting in a base oil

Lavender (2-3 drops) + Ylang Ylang (2-3 drops) + Clary Sage (2-3 drops) + Bergamot (2-3 drops)

Sleep Aid Blend

Use in a diffuser; or Apply topically on pulse points after diluting in a base oil

Bergamot (2-3 drops) + Cedarwood (10-15 drops) + Lavender (10-15 drops) + Chamomile (100 ml)

Hair Growth Treatment Oil

Massage onto scalp, leave at least for 30-45 min before washing

Lavender (20-40 drops) + Rosemary (20-40 drops) + Castor Seed (50 ml) + Jojoba (50 ml)

Disinfectant and Cleaning Spray

Use in an air spray bottle. Mix well before spraying

Lavender (20-30 drops) + Tea tree (20-30 drops) + Water (50 ml) + Rubbing Alcohol (50 ml)

How to Use

  • Use 6-12 drops in a diffuser
  • Dab on to wrist, temples, behind ears, back of neck, feet etc.
  • Add 2-5% to hair oil
  • Add 1-2% to face oil or cream
  • Add 1-2% to body oil
  • Take a whiff from the bottle
  • Add a few drops to bath water
  • Add 20-40 drops to 100ml water, shake well and spray
