How to Use

• Use 6-12 drops in a diffuser
• Add 2-5% to hair oil
• Dab on to wrist, temples, behind ears, back of neck, feet etc
• Add 1-2% to body oil
• Take a whiff from the bottle
• Add a few drops to bath water
• Add 20-40 drops to 100ml rubbing alcohol
• Add 1-2 drops in a cup of water and gargle

Hair Growth Treatment Oil

Massage onto scalp, leave at least for 30-45 min before washing

Peppermint (20-40 drops) + Rosemary (20-40 drops) + Castor (50 ml) + Jojoba (50 ml)

Headache Relief Roll-on

Massage on the temples and forehead for relief from headaches

Peppermint (2-4 drops) + Lavender (2-4 drops) + Rosemary (1-2 drops) + Jojoba (10ml)

Add to a steam inhaler or a pot of boiling water, take deep breaths
