How to use and clean

Move the file back and forth over rough areas of the feet and heels. For cracked feet, the manufacturer recommends soaking in warm water for 10–20 minutes before filing. Rinse the feet afterwards and apply a suitable moisturiser. Rinse the file thoroughly and hang it up to dry.
